TowerPinkster designed the Global Port Distribution Center in Louisville, KY. This project included the FedEx depot along with other Global Port buildings. The FedEx facility is a freight distribution center which 220 dock positions, a vehicle maintenance facility, refueling station, trailer storage, tractor parking, dispatch office, and an office complex. The office floor is polished concrete with white cement imported from Canada. Trees along an adjacent street were preserved to buffer the development from a nearby residential neighborhood.
